NEWS - Balbriggan Wins Dublin Endeavour Award at Tidy Towns Awards Ceremony. Flowers Adorn The Central Bar in Balbriggan. The Tidy Towns 2011 results are out and we got 241 points. "Congratulations to Balbriggan TidyTowns Association for entering your town in the TidyTowns competition 2011. We thank you for your entry and wish you the best of luck in the competition. The adjudicator wishes to compliment you on the format of your submission which was not only informative but colourful also. One folder of contents is ideal. You should consider placing the entry form section at the beginning of the content thus making it immediately accessible to the adjudicator. In dealing with the Overall Development Approach ensure that you answer the various questions as concisely as possible. You did not address the matter of engagement with schools in that section. One knows that you do have some school contact. This adjudicator would like you to take a different approach to the maps you present. While the maps were attractive they are meaningful" More...
